Hi,
I get a USB wifi so I can connect to wifi modem.
MODEL : XP product MediaTek MT7610U Original website

when I run .pkg installer in final step got this error :
This package is incompatible with this version of macOS.
The package is trying to install content to the system volume. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance

couldn't find a working kext file for it too.
How can I install it ?

Yes, that's cause of 32-bit. Note that 32-bit support has been removed from macOS Catalina.

You can find the 64-bit driver, probably modified one. I guess Chris has done something. Check his work.
