Ok. So I was tweaking with my OC config and updated my BIOS to newer 3406 version and now I'm getting a totally new KP without any kext dependency. Here is my current OC folder and KP report.
ASUS Motherboards have gone worse after BIOS update. Will update the post once i check your files.

But I think it's more Apple failure, because BigSur 11.2.3 and older OSes work flawlesly and stable as rock.

Note that for Big Sur 11.3 and later, you must map your USB ports.

Oh, that's new. But what is more important? Amount of Ports or types, because I can map them freely and dunno how to make it 100% perfect. And there is another problem. I have my USB controler from thunderbolt card and it's working and it's seen by the OS with XHC3 name but in hackintool usb mapper it's shown in controller section but not in ports list.

I think that i found my issue. So I enabled verbose mode on boot and found out that my USB 3.2 Gen 2 Controller on Titan Ridge Card is crashing during boot and it's shown in a system but it doesn't work and it was the same with ASMedia but I added proper kext and now I think that is working. Is there any way to disable USB controller on thunderbolt card in SSDTs?

The best option would be to disable the TB Card by turning off the SSDTs and also don't use any device in TB Card.

The problem is that I have to use TB because my main audio interface is on thunderbolt. The weirdest thing is that hackintool sees the Controller and says that driver is installed but there are no ports listed and in verbose it shows weird stuff (Screenshot)

What i asked is disable TB during install/upgrade. Once it's installed, it can be debugged later. Since 11.3 and later, USB ports must be mapped.

My config is one big XD, because I've downgraded bios and now it's working like a charm.
