How to Backup your Mac or Hackintosh
Let's say that you've finish install MacOS and want to backup, or you've to upgrade/reinstall MacOS on your Mac.
And obv, you want to save your data.
Now, you're asking "yes, I want but how I do it?".
I'm here to answer to this question.
Let's start!

You have two ways: Time Machine or Carbon Copy Cloner (CCC).

1) Time Machine:

Time Machine is integrated into the system. Simply connect an External Hard Drive and it will prompt to you to use it as Backup. Simply click on "Use as Backup Disk" and you're done. It will do a Backup every time you'll ask to the system. If you want to do it automatically, simply turn on the service in the settings, under Time Machine settings.
For more information on Time Machine, and to configure it, instructions can be found here

2) Carbon Copy Cloner (CCC):

Simply download it from the official website here, install it. Then, connect your External Hard Drive, format it with Disk Utility (follow my guide here) and finally open CCC.
You can task backups, do it manually, etc. It's guided.

Aaaaand you're done!
