Thank you for answers. My technical knowledge and language are insufficient. I'm reading right now. I will create EFI again as you said. I will share it with you before uploading it.

I made some changes to EFI. MAC HD booted normally again. Then I booted into windows again. It opened normally in Windows. Then when I tried to log into MAC HD again, it got stuck again.

But this time I turned on verbose mode. And always 1
I found that it was stuck at "nvme...".

Your Windows disk is Nvme.

Could I be missing something in EFI related to this?

Thank you for answers. @EliteMacx86

I created new EFI. But before installing this, I came across something very interesting.

After booting and running the Windows operating system, I restart it again. When I entered the BIOS while it was booting up, I noticed that the Lan MAC Address was 0000000000i..

I tried to boot from MAC HD this way without touching the BIOS settings. But it got stuck in the same place again.

I turned off the computer using the back power button and waited for 5 seconds.

AND then I opened the BIOS.

I saw that my LAN mac address was shown correctly.

So, every time Windows opened, it changed my Lan MAC address in my BIOS to 000000000. Until I unplug it and plug it in.

For this reason, I set Onboard Lan Controller=disabled in the BIOS.

Then I booted Windows.
Then I closed windows.
Then I booted the mac hdd.

And finally it opened without any problems.
Then I went back into Windows, shut down, Mac again, Windows again, I was able to switch constantly without any problems.

But the internet does not work because Onboard Lan Conroller=disabled.

I think I made a good point, but I don't know how to solve the problem.

I would be very grateful if you could help?

Thank you for your help. @EliteMacx86

I solved the problem.
My original gigabyte driver was updated with Windows Update. For this reason, I reinstalled Gigabyte Lan Driver. And my physical mac address was completely fixed and never reset.

And thus, I was able to log in to both Mac and Windows easily.

No problems occur.
