It's not booting and the system is halted. So even if you wait for months, it will not make any progress.

It was done.
Another person also told me that the OpenCore loader does not see the Sonoma recorded on a flash drive

One person here told me how he did it, and I decided to try it.
I used the TransMac program to record the online sonoma installer onto a USB. Then, using the configured OpenCore, I launched from the flash drive. There were lines there (in the screenshot), and after them the laptop simply rebooted and launched Windows.

Please stick to the guide. If it does not boot, we need to investigate instead of jumping to the random EFIs.

Once you do that, test and then attach the verbose picture/video (better) and include the EFI. It will be sorted out soon.

I admit, it was stupid to just grab a random EFI file from the Internet.
And I recorded how I assembled the EFI file according to your  guide:
