Realtek RTS5286 PCI-E Card Reader not working on ASUS X541U 10.13.6

I am running macOS High Sierra with Clover on my ASUS X541U. But Realtek RTS5286 PCI-E Card Reader is not working. How do I make it to work.

For most of the time, Card Readers do not work.

No worries. Your Card Reader is supported. You can use the Realtek drivers to check.
